The end of winter

Things have been very busy here the last week or so in preparation for the arrival of the ship. That is happening today. Winter is officially over as of today. We are expecting to see the 3 helicopters at about lunchtime, and the ship late afternoon/early evening. In one day we will go from 18 people to over 80 for the resupply. Tomorrow the resupply will start in earnest.

As the planes are still in Hobart I have no idea when I will be flying over to Casey. I'll get there one day. For the moment I have moved rooms, so I have a new phone number - my old number ended in 6552, now it ends in 6511 if anyone wants to call me.
